Residential development at Thanh My Loi District
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

CapitaLand, together with leading local real estate developer, Thien Duc Trading-Construction Company, will jointly develop a 34,000 square-metre site in Thanh My Loi Ward in Ho Chi Minh City's District 2. The site will be developed into approximately 950 residential units, as well as commercial space.

CapitaLand holds a 60% stake in the project while Thien Duc holds the remaining 40% stake. This is CapitaLand’s second collaboration with Thien Duc, following the success of The Vista in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 2.
