Following the successful launch of The Vista in Ho Chi Minh City, CapitaLand has strengthened its presence in Vietnam with a new residential development in Hanoi named Mulberry Lane.
The development sits on a prime 2.4 hectare site within Hanoi’s new Central Business District. It enjoys convenient access to the city centre and Noi Bai International Airport. Located in Ha Dong District which is best known for its silk production, Mulberry Lane is inspired by the concept of silkworms feeding on mulberry leaves and weaving the finest silk.
