CapitaLand has a presence in Thailand through its 40% stake in TCC Capital Land, a joint venture company formed with TCC Land, an established real estate company in Thailand. Since the formation of the joint venture in 2003, TCC Capital Land has developed ten quality residential projects situated in prime locations in Bangkok.
Following its success, the joint venture established an affiliated company, S&S Residential, to develop a new line of quality homes with affordable prices and environmentally features to cater to the younger generation.
TCC Capital Land, S&S Residential and the companies’ residential developments have conferred numerous awards including CNBC International Property Awards, World Quality Commitment Awards and Thailand Property Awards.
