CapitaLand has established its presence in Japan since 2000. In February 2001, CapitaLand set up its Japan office in Tokyo which was identified as a key gateway city for the Group’s investments.
The Group has since been active in the retail, residential, office and hospitality sectors, including property funds. CapitaLand is committed to be a long-term real estate player in Japan.
