CapitaLand Commercial Limited (CCL), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited.
We are one of the largest owners/managers of office properties in the Singapore Downtown Core, owning/managing commercial space directly or through joint ventures or through CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT), a real estate investment trust (REIT) which we also manage.
CCL also owns two industrial properties in Singapore. Overseas, CCL has commercial and mixed development projects in Malaysia, Japan, India and the United Kingdom.
CCL proactively manages its property portfolio and reconstitutes its portfolio. We embark on asset enhancement initiatives to grow the value of its portfolio and make timely divestments and acquisitions at the appropriate property cycle.
