CapitaLand Commercial Limited (CCL), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited.
We are one of the largest owners/managers of office properties in the Singapore Downtown Core, owning/managing commercial space directly or through joint ventures or through CapitaCommercial Trust (CCT), a real estate investment trust (REIT) which we also manage.
CCL owns four industrial properties in Singapore. Overseas, CCL has commercial and residential projects in Japan, Malaysia and the United Kingdom as well as the growth markets of India, Thailand and Vietnam.
CCL proactively manages its property portfolio and reconstitutes its portfolio. We embark on asset enhancement initiatives to grow the value of its portfolio and make timely divestments and acquisitions at the appropriate property cycle.
We will maintain our position as a leading owner/manager of prime commercial space in Singapore. We are also committed to be a long-term investor in Asian growth markets such as Thailand, Vietnam and India.
